Winter Tune Up - for all Kaddys
We recommend that all Kaddys go through a complete tune up, once every two years. Now is the time to conduct this Winter Service Check Up and Tune Up. Here is what is included:
All Remote Control Kaddys
- Inspect overall operation of Kaddy
- Inspect shear pins, drive couplers, motor mounts, wheels, gear boxes and operation
- Removal of grease in gearbox and replace with new lithium grease
- Conduct diagnostic check on remote control and verify all remote control operations
- Structural inspection of Kaddy body
- Check and adjust Kaddy tracking (to ensure it is running straight)
- Clean and lubricate all electrical contacts
- Check the charger and load test the battery
- Check and tighten all hardware
- Replace Transmitter (remote control) battery (9 volt)
- Clean and detail the entire Kaddy
Winter Service Tune Up price is $150.00

All Non-Remote Control Kaddys
- Inspect overall operation of Kaddy
- Inspect shear pins, drive clutches, drive shaft, wheels, gear boxes and operation
- Conduct diagnostic check on hand control operations (On/Off and speed)
- Structural inspection of Kaddy body & check and tighten all hardware
- Clean and lubricate all electrical contacts
- Check the charger and load test the battery
- Clean and detail the entire Kaddy
